Lauren Elliott (Lettelier) is a fourth-generation cattle woman who hails from Citra, Florida, where she was raised on a 160-acre Brangus cattle farm. Upon graduating from the University of Florida with her degree in News Broadcasting-Telecommunications in 2013, she worked at WCJB TV 20 News in Gainesville as the Ocala Bureau reporter and Weekend Anchor for the ABC affiliate. Two years later, she became the Public Information Officer for the Marion County Sheriff’s Office in Ocala, Florida, and served Marion County’s citizens for 4 years. In 2019, she joined HCA Florida North Florida Hospital as the Communications and Community Engagement Director, and recently celebrated her 5th year of service to the hospital and the Gainesville community. In her spare time, Lauren enjoys working on her family’s farm, volunteering in the hospital’s pet therapy program with her adorable corgi Tucker, and spending time with her friends, family, and her husband Matthew.
