Have you ever wanted to thank a special teacher for the impact they've made on your life?
Here's your chance!
During the school year, HCA Florida Healthcare, the Education Foundation of Alachua County, and its Alachua County Teacher Leadership Council, will celebrate outstanding teachers with the ‘Thank a Teacher’ award. Using the “NOMINATION FORM” button below, individuals may submit one teacher per month. A new teacher and school will be selected each month to be recognized with the award.
Nominations will close on the first Friday of the following month and open the next Monday for a new month of nominations. For example, February nominations will close on Friday, March 6, 2026, and will reopen on Monday, March 9, 2026, for the month of March.
