Lynn Janoski

Lynn Janoski joined the Foundation in April 2025.  She has been involved in supporting and developing community initiatives in Gainesville for many years, including serving as Board President for Project YouthBuild since 2013, chairing the City Beautification Board and leading economic development efforts for the Gainesville Community Redevelopment Agency from 2010-2016 and managed the City of Gainesville’s FEMA reimbursement grant process following the 2024 hurricanes before joining the Education Foundation.  She has a diverse background in government, proposal writing in the institutional investment world, project management, and assisting small businesses.  

Lynn enjoys playing crystal singing bowls at Relax Salt Rooms and the Sacred Earth Center and other local venues, trying to grow pollinator plants, and making art.  She looks forward to starting to mentor her first Take Stock in Children student.
